Jon visited Keller Williams Real Estate in Tustin a couple weeks ago and talked to the sales team about the theme “Act As If.” As he says in the talk: “We need to be that person before we become that person.”

We need to first envision who we want to be or what we want to achieve. Then we need to work backward to figure out what we had to do to make it happen. It starts with knowing who we want to be. We achieve it by living as if we already are that person.
