Author • Podcaster • Entrepreneur

Bryan Green is the co-founder, COO and co-host of the Go Be More Podcast. He lives in Sendai, Japan with his wife and two daughters, where he also organizes the Ignite Sendai Conference and teaches at Tohoku University.

I first met Jon at UCLA where we were teammates. Since that day, Jon has inspired me with his belief in our potential to achieve whatever dreams we are willing to chase. When he told me about Go Be More, I instantly saw how I could marry my passion for continuous improvement with his mission to push everyone to get more out of every day.

Make the LeaP

Bryan's New book

The key to unlocking your potential isn’t in training harder or doing more sophisticated workouts. It’s in thinking better about your training.

Think better, train better.

Make the Leap provides athletes and coaches a step-by-step guide to thinking more effectively about all aspects of training. Chapter One explains exactly what a Leap Cycle is and why some athletes make a leap while others don’t. It then systematically breaks down–via 11 Optimal Training Principles and 4 mental model spotlights–the attitudes and behaviors that the top performers use to think better about their training.

NEW! Hear me speak about the book on the Go Be More Podcast and Strength Running Podcast!

GO BE MORE PODCAST

It has truly been a delight to do the Go Be More Podcast with Jon. I’ve been an avid listener of podcasts for over a decade, and my favorite are the shows where I learn a new way of thinking about some aspect of my life.

With the Go Be More Podcast, I strive to create that experience with each guest. I love to find that nugget that helps me to broaden my perspective, and it’s great to be able to share that with my listeners. Check out the show.

OTHER PASSIONS

I enjoy writing articles focused on mental models and thinking differently about our everyday situations. Check those out on our blog. I’ve also written about running for Runner’s Tribe.

I’ve travelled to 39 countries and lived in four. I also learned to speak Japanese and Italian as an adult.

I run consistently and use the Just One Challenge to keep me going on my sit-ups and push-ups!
