DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We currently only deliver in the United States. If you are located elsewhere please contact us to make an enquiry and we will try and assist you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to guarantee immediate shipping of new orders. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, however delays can stretch this to up to 5 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Delivery varies from region to region. Please allow 1 to 3 working days to urban areas and up to 5 working days to regional areas in the United States.
HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5 for all orders less than $75. All orders $75 and above ship for free. Make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped via the best available carrier, including USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy is simple: Your complete satisfaction is our goal.If, for any reason, this purchase isn’t exactly what you wanted, we’re happy to exchange it or provide a refund on any NEW item returned in its original package (cost of product only, not shipping costs) when the following guidelines are followed. Product must have NO signs of wear or abuse, including stains, pet hair, cigarette smoke or any odor, and have the original sales tags attached.
- Recycled products are available for exchange only and are not refundable.
- We will pay all return shipping costs for defective merchandise or products shipped in our error.
- Exchanges or refunds must be received within 60 days from the original date it was ordered.
- Items returned to us that do not comply with these guidelines will NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU AND NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED. Do not return an item unless it can be completely resold as a new item. It will not be shipped back to you and you will not receive any credit or refund.
- Contact our customer service department and request a Return Goods Number (RGN) for all returned or exchanged items. Please contact us at email@example.com. Typical response time is 24-48 hours.
- Write down the Return Goods Number (RGN) given to you by the customer service representative. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return box.
- When requesting your RGN please let us know if the items(s) you receive is: ___Defective ___Wrong Item ___Not Satisfied ___Does Not Fit
- Include your customer information:
- For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, USP, Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the merchandise is damaged or lost in transit. If you are requesting an exchange Go Be More, LLC will ship an available new product as soon as the returned product is received.
- Ship your returned item immediately. Exchanges or refunds must be received within 60 days from the original date it was ordered.
- Initial Delivery – Costs are calculated at the point of ordering.
- Returned Products – Customer pays for shipping back to Go Be More, LLC
- Replacement Product – Go Be More, LLC pays for shipping replacement to Customer (one time exchange per order).
- Additional Returns or Exchanges & Replacements – Customer pays for all shipping, both points of delivery.
