INTERACTING BETTER WITH NEUTRAL THINKING

“Do you want to be right? Or do you want to be happy?”—Rick Harrison

Sometimes, all it takes to handle the stressors that come our way is a compelling strategy. In fact, it can be the difference between floundering or thriving. Neutral Thinking, coined by Trevor Moawad, is a strategy employed by elite athletes, business leaders, and special forces members.

But it’s actually an approach that each of us can use in our day-to-day conversations. It gets to the heart of what is directing our behaviors and gives us a more productive way to handle our emotions.
